Shipping and Returns
Printing & Shipping
We print on-demand which means that when you order, your product gets printed instead of being picked from an inventory. Your order goes directly to our printer who picks your product, prints it, checks it for quality, and ships it to you. The printing and fulfillment process can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Once your product ships it should arrive in the amount of time you choose in your shipping options at checkout.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a return or exchange is granted, orders can be sent to the return address on the package.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Please email email@example.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered on a case-by-case basis.
